This is a *Manchester* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *supporting senior leaders, driving HR strategy, and delivering key people initiatives across the business*.
Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Manchester for a 12-month contract. This role supports senior leaders, drives HR strategy, and delivers key people initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise business leaders on HR topics such as reward, diversity, and local legislation.
Support organisational change, including restructures and M&A activity.
Lead senior-level recruitment aligned to company values and frameworks.
Act as a go-to expert for HR policies, coaching, and decision-making.
Work closely with internal HR teams to deliver tools and services that support business goals.
What We're Looking For:
8–12 years of HR experience, ideally in complex or global environments.
Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to manage change and workforce planning.
Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Financial awareness (P&L, budgeting, planning).
Master’s degree preferred.
