Senior Physical Security Project Manager
Location: Amsterdam Campus
Duration: 5 months
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)
Travel: Required, including international travel

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *global security projects from start to finish and playing a key role in training and mentoring new team members*.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager with strong experience in physical security systems, especially Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) like Lenel OnGuard and Nedap AEOS. You’ll lead global security projects from start to finish and play a key role in training and mentoring new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage physical security projects (EACS, VSS, intrusion detection) from planning to delivery
Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time and within budget
Train and mentor junior staff, especially new Security Functional Administrators
Ensure best practices and latest technologies are applied (Lenel, Nedap, Milestone, HID, Bosch, Axis, etc.)
Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
7-10 years of project management experience, with 5+ years in physical security
Hands-on expertise with Lenel OnGuard and Nedap AEOS
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience mentoring or training others
Willingness to travel internationally
Bonus Skills:
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Physical security certifications (e.g., PSP, CPP)
Experience with system integrations and VMS (e.g., Milestone)
