RPA Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced RPA professional with a strong background in Business Process Analysis and Techno-Functional Consultancy to join our Intelligent Automation Team. As part of our growing automation initiatives, you will play a key role in supporting a fast-expanding portfolio of RPA solutions, making a tangible impact across various business areas.

Skills & Qualifications
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Design, and Process Improvement.
3+ years of experience creating Automation Process Design Documents for RPA implementations.
Proven track record in managing process improvement/redesign initiatives, especially in Finance.
Strong background in:
Process mapping and documentation
Data analysis and process variation analysis
Business Process Engineering
Technical Skills
Experience in Blue Prism is strongly preferred; certification is a plus.
Familiarity with Blue Prism infrastructure and architecture is a bonus.
Knowledge of Blue Prism Process Intelligence/Process Mining is an advantage.
Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions in a production environment.
Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
Commitment to producing clean, accurate, and maintainable documentation.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa.
