Job Description: Change Manager – Operating Model Transformation
We are seeking a Change Manager to support a company-wide Operating Model Transformation aimed at driving long-term success. The program focuses on three key areas:
Innovating Smarter – by modernizing technology to accelerate the adoption of AI and automation, enabling more personalized, high-impact solutions and building a scalable foundation for rapid innovation.
Increasing Speed and Agility – by reducing complexity and empowering teams to make faster, smarter decisions. By streamlining layers and bringing employees closer to the customer, the organization becomes more responsive and agile.
Investing Wisely – by focusing resources on what drives value, while maintaining financial and execution discipline to ensure sustainability and enable reinvestment in high-impact areas.
The Change Manager will be part of the existing Change Management Team, reporting to a Senior Change Manager. This role will focus on supporting one or two high-impact departments and is centered on enabling department leadership to lead change. The Change Manager will manage impacts related to organizational design, business processes, culture, behaviors & skills, and new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess change impact to identify high-level implications by audience
Define and execute change plans aligned with business objectives
Ensure continuous alignment with central implementation planning
Collaborate with L&D teams to identify relevant training resources
Provide input to department communications planning
Drive execution of engagement activities to launch new structures and ways of working
Define key adoption focus areas using leadership and employee feedback
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience leading large-scale, complex change programs
8–10 years of dedicated experience in change management
Deep understanding of industry best practices, frameworks, and strategies for managing change
Strong influencing and partnership skills, especially with senior leadership
Comfort with ambiguity and navigating rapidly evolving environments
Clear, concise, and compelling communicator—both written and verbal
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills (including VP level and above)
Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clarity across stakeholders
