Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee complex programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy. The role involves business case creation, governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. The Senior Program Manager will drive transformation, ensuring efficient execution and impactful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead program management best practices and governance structures.
Drive strategic programs, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance business outcomes.
Define success metrics and oversee seamless program execution.
Facilitate workshops and support change management initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 10+ years in program management.
Skills: Expertise in Agile, PMI/Prince, LEAN methodologies, strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
