This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *identifying, inviting, and scheduling accommodation partners for research sessions*.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Research Participant Recruiter to support research projects by identifying, inviting, and scheduling accommodation partners for research sessions. These sessions provide valuable insights to improve client tools and services. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to persuade partners to participate.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and schedule accommodation partners for research sessions.
Communicate with partners via phone and email, ensuring smooth coordination.
Follow recruitment guidelines and report partner feedback.
Maintain data files and track participation metrics.
Support operational tasks such as emails, scheduling, and incentive processing.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or market research recruitment.
Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
