Role Overview:
Join our Information Technology team as an intern and dive into the world of IT with hands-on experience in various tech-related tasks. This internship offers a chance to learn about IT systems, hardware, software, troubleshooting, documentation, and industry best practices, all while contributing to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Install operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), printers, and configure basic networking devices.
- Provide basic user support via phone, email, remote access, and ticketing systems.
- Maintain asset inventory and relevant documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO certification and WordPress is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field, or holding a diploma/certification in a relevant area.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent English communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
