Job Description
This will involve:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties.
- Undertaking inspections and overseeing repairs and maintenance programmes.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure effective portfolio management.
- 'Value add' initiatives and day-to-day running of portfolios.
- Handling commercial property sales and lettings instructions.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
To be considered you WILL:
- Be MRICS qualified.
- Have worked in commercial property agency/ property management/ rural surveying.
- Be client-facing and have excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Be proactive, with a self-motivated approach and strong commercial awareness.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
