Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Undertaking a wide range of commercial valuations across commercial asset classes.
- Carrying out property inspections.
- Managing instructions from initial quote through to final report delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Producing Red Book valuations for a variety of purposes (including lending, loan security, asset management, and acquisitions).
- Analysing market data and evidence to support valuation conclusions.
To be considered you WILL:
- Be MRICS/ FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial valuation.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of your local market and valuation methodologies.
- Be able to manage your own workload independently while maintaining high standards.
- Have strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel regionally.
