Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of entry to mid-level unity developers,
- Support content creation pipelines, tool development, and workflow improvements,
- Build performant, sustainable, and maintainable systems and code,
- Collaborate with artists and engineers to help build features and solve creative problems,
- Ensuring art assets can be easily integrated into the game without sacrificing the artistic vision or exceeding the platform’s technical limits,
- Investigating new techniques, implementing them, and training the team,
- Work with backend engineers on maintaining efficient server communication with the API (REST-based) and the Real-Time Server (TCP/UDP).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in game development,
- High-Level Experience in a Unity/Unity3D environment,
- Knowledge of best practices in game development,
- Understanding of SOLID principles,
- Creating Object-Oriented designs,
- Experience using Scriptable object structure,
- Experience with event-driven architecture,
- Proficiency with Unity packages, systems, and workflows (Addressable, URP),
- Collision systems, deformers, dynamics, simulations, physics,
- Experience developing editor tools for the designer,
- Experience with plugin integrations on both IOS&Android,
- Experience with integrating 3rd party tools and Unity Asset Store assets to the project and editing its source code if necessary,
- Extensive experience working with developer tools like emulators, debuggers, profilers, etc,
- Experience profiling and optimizing the game and render performance (GPU and CPU),
- Having experience with Shader Graphs,
- Experience working on source control systems such as Git in a multi-developer team environment,
- Passion for creating and playing mobile games,
- Good time-management skills,
- Good English communication skills are a must,
