What You'll Need

  • Education: Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of web development languages and coding, with the ability to make minor code changes and troubleshoot.
    • Familiarity with multiple software development frameworks and tools.
    • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, and Amazon Redshift.
    • Basic command of Linux terminal commands.
    • Data Analytics: Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
    • Basic SQL Querying: Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
    • Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and actionable insights.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

  • What You'll Do

    • Client Support: Provide L1 and L2 support to clients and internal teams, including updating SSL certificates.
    • Reporting: Prepare weekly support desk reports for the leadership team, including data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Customer Interaction: Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email or ticketing systems.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Delivery, Product, and Support teams, and assist senior support engineers in resolving complex technical and data-related issues.
    • Documentation: Document and track customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve their issues.
    • Data Analytics: Assist in analyzing support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
    • Training: Participate in training programs to enhance your technical and data analytics knowledge, and stay updated with the latest products and technologies.
    • Knowledge Base: Help create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
