Our client is looking to hire a reliable Business Administration Apprentice to join their busy team in Thornaby. They are a professional project management company that have a track record of delivering multi discipline projects on time and on budget for a wide range of commercial clients across the whole UK. 

Person specification

  1. Must have excellent communication skills
  2. Must be confident speaking to clients and stakeholders
  3. Must be professional with a smart appearance
  4. Confident using IT 
  5. Excellent time keeper
  6. A willingness to learn and develop

Duties will include

  1. Answering the telephone and greeting clients
  2. Representing the company in a positive light
  3. Assisting with the processing of documents 
  4. Updating inhouse CRM systems
  5. General administration duties
  6. Use of Microsoft systems such as word, excel and power point
  7. Supporting the management team with projects and client portfolios

Hours of work

Monday to Thursday 8.30 until 4.30

Friday 8.30 until 3.30


Salary £5.28 per hour
