Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Leeds Area for a Commercial Account Handler.
- The selected candidate will handle the day-to-day management of commercial insurance accounts, including managing renewals, liaising with clients and insurers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Responsibilities will also include building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting clients with their insurance needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Renewals and Account Management.
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Background in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to effectively address client needs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling multiple accounts and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in commercial insurance is a plus.
- Cert CII or willingness to work towards professional insurance qualifications is advantageous.
