This role is ideal for individuals who have gained exposure to insurance—perhaps as a trainee, broker, or account manager—and are ready to take the next step in their underwriting journey.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, flexible, and collaborative relationships with broker networks

• Make informed decisions supported by data, insight, and mobile decision-support tools

• Deliver profitable growth across new business in key markets

• Partner with clients and internal teams to tailor insurance solutions

• Attend client visits and industry events as part of relationship-building efforts
