The client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their claims management team in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, particularly within the insurance or claims management sectors. This role requires a dedicated professional who can handle client inquiries, sell, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assistance: Address client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person. Provide accurate and timely information regarding claims and services offered by the company.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues promptly and professionally. Ensure clients are informed about the status of their claims and assist in any additional support they may need.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Ensure all client information is documented properly and securely.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the claims management team and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve client service processes.
  • Selling: promote company services products to clients identify potential up selling or cross selling opportunities. Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to business growth through effective selling techniques.
  • Support: Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
