The Parklane Limassol Leadership Development Program offers a comprehensive 12-month experience designed to prepare you for a successful career in hospitality management. Through this program, you'll gain:

Program Pathways
You will be either following the Food & Beverage Management path or the Rooms Division Management path. They both have common focus areas but they also specialize on their division.

Academic Background:
- Hospitality Background Studies
Personal Qualities:
- Passion for Hospitality Industry
- Willingness to learn and develop personal and professional skills
Formal Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English as a second language
- Holder of an EU passport
- Graduate of a hospitality school
