Type: Full-time Internship
Salary/Stipend: €400 per month

Key Responsibilities

Research Support

  • Assist with research projects related to:


    • Women’s leadership

    • Corporate governance

    • Equality in companies

    • Access to boards and executive positions

    • Diversity and competitiveness

  • Conduct research using academic and professional sources

  • Support report writing, data collection, and analysis

  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and research materials

Events & Institutional Activities

  • Support the preparation and coordination of:


    • Roundtables

    • Conferences

    • Workshops

    • Networking events

  • Assist with agendas, invitations, and speaker coordination

  • Prepare event materials and attendance lists

  • Help with post-event reporting and follow-up

Training Programmes & Workshops

  • Assist with leadership and governance training programmes

  • Support presentation preparation and learning materials

  • Coordinate sessions and participant follow-up

  • Contribute to workshop content preparation

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, proactive, and reliable

  • Interested in gender equality, leadership, business, and social impact

  • Comfortable working in a professional and collaborative environment

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and writing skills

  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English

  • Ability to work with reports, academic sources, and data

  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms

  • Knowledge of AI tools, Canva, PowerPoint, or basic data analysis is highly valued
