📌 We're Hiring: Legal Typist / Receptionist
📍 Glasgow | Full-Time | Salary DOE


We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Typist / Receptionist to join a friendly and well-established legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is efficient, proactive, and enjoys working in a client-facing role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audio and digital dictation typing of legal correspondence and documents

  • Managing reception duties, including greeting clients and handling calls

  • General administrative support to solicitors and legal staff

  • Filing, scanning, and document preparation


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in digital dictation typing

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A professional and approachable manner

  • Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred


Salary: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience.
