📌 We're Hiring: Legal Typist / Receptionist
📍 Glasgow | Full-Time | Salary DOE
We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Typist / Receptionist to join a friendly and well-established legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is efficient, proactive, and enjoys working in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Audio and digital dictation typing of legal correspondence and documents
Managing reception duties, including greeting clients and handling calls
General administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
Filing, scanning, and document preparation
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in digital dictation typing
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A professional and approachable manner
Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred
Salary: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience.
