Brand new 10 bedroom opening in a centre of Nicosia - 17th century landmark building.
Restaurant will be focused on locality, relaxation with a modern meditterean twist, however on the high-end side - 80 covers.
We are looking for somebody who wants to make a name for themselves, hungry person who is ready to roll their sleeves and GROW within the company.
There are at least 10 more openings in the next few years so plenty of opportunity to progress...!

Looking for a person with a fine dining experience - minimum 3AA Rosette level (or Michelin). If you have worked in high end places - please do give me a shout. Super important to understand mediterean cuisine.
