We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to take the lead on a station within a busy, high-performing kitchen. This role sits within a reputable regional hotel and restaurant group known for quality, consistency, and seasonal menus.
You’ll work alongside a talented brigade in a well-equipped kitchen, with a focus on delivering beautifully presented dishes in line with company standards. If you’re passionate about food, confident running your own section, and ready to bring creativity and discipline to the pass — this is your next move.
• Take full ownership of a designated section in the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and preparation
• Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and specials
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen environment
• Train and support junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Help manage stock, minimise waste, and maintain food safety procedures
• Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Comfortable leading a section during busy service periods
• Passion for high-quality ingredients and fresh, seasonal cooking
• A team player with a calm, positive approach to pressure
• Relevant food hygiene certificates and awareness of kitchen health & safety standards
