Job Description

This program is designed for individuals seeking practical experience in home tutoring while exploring and immersing themselves in a new culture. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on ESL and subject teaching experience without the need for a long-term commitment, allowing you to explore teaching abroad when you're ready. Full support will be provided throughout your internship!

JOB DETAILS:

Internship Working Hours: 20 hours per week (Substitute teaching hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm in a Kindergarten, Primary, Middle, or High School, equivalent to 4 working hours).
Working Days: 5 days a week with 2 days off during weekdays.
Location: Based in Shanghai. You may also be assigned to tutor or substitute in different cities across China, with all travel costs (train or flight tickets), hotel accommodation, and a daily meal allowance of 100 RMB covered.

TRAINING AND PLACEMENT:

Orientation and staff introductions
Training with our professional staff trainer to prepare for interviews and demos, as required by most schools
Continuous training and teaching tips provided throughout the internship

ARRIVAL SUPPORT:

Airport pick-up
Hotel accommodation for the first 3 days
Assistance with obtaining a new Chinese SIM card
Escort to your accommodations
