The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns fairly, efficiently, and with a customer-centric approach
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding company products and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
