 Company: Leading iGaming Consultancy

About the Company

Our client is a highly respected iGaming consultancy providing end-to-end licensing, compliance, and operational advisory services to gaming operators and startups across multiple jurisdictions. They work with clients spanning the Isle of Man, UK, Malta, and tier-two jurisdictions worldwide, offering strategic guidance and hands-on project delivery.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Compliance - iGaming to join a growing team of industry experts. This is a pivotal role supporting international clients through all stages of the licensing and regulatory lifecycle, from due diligence to application management, and ongoing compliance oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of iGaming regulations across key jurisdictions and be comfortable managing complex multi-jurisdictional projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee gaming licence applications across multiple jurisdictions (Isle of Man, MGA, UKGC, Curacao, Anjouan, and others).

  • Manage and deliver compliance projects end-to-end — from initial client onboarding through to successful licence issuance.

  • Conduct and review due diligence (DD) and KYC documentation.

  • Draft, review, and implement company policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise with regulators, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Provide guidance and training to junior consultants and clients on compliance best practices.

  • Support clients in ongoing post-licence regulatory reporting and governance.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in iGaming compliance, licensing, or regulatory affairs.

  • Strong understanding of Isle of Man, MGA, and UKGC frameworks; knowledge of European and Tier 2 jurisdictions (e.g. Curacao, Anjouan) highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of managing licensing projects and dealing directly with regulators.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — multilingual candidates are highly preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple client projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive mindset with a consultative, client-first approach.

Why Apply?

  • Work alongside some of the industry’s most experienced consultants.

  • Exposure to a wide range of jurisdictions and client types.

  • Opportunity to help shape compliance strategies for global gaming brands.

  • Flexible working and strong career progression within a respected consultancy.
