Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team on the Isle of Man. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your primary duties will include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
Monitoring and analyzing changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to proactively address compliance issues
Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters
Serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance practices
