Job Description

Our client is looking for a Financial/Company Secretarial Officer to join their small and friendly team on a full-time basis. This is a varied role combining financial reporting, company secretarial duties, and general business administration, supporting a range of commercial property and development activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements for Isle of Man companies.

  • Produce quarterly management accounts, including consolidated reports.

  • Manage cash flow reporting and analysis.

  • Oversee intercompany loans, as well as debtor and creditor balances.

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns.

  • Produce service charge reports.

  • Prepare year-end accounts, audit packs, and liaise with auditors (including audit planning).

  • Manage wages preparation and year-end payroll submissions.

  • Complete statutory returns in accordance with local requirements.

  • Undertake company secretarial tasks (experience preferred but not essential).

  • Support directors with ad hoc projects and reporting.

  • Assist in covering all aspects of finance and administration as part of a small collaborative team.
