Job Description
Our client is looking for a Financial/Company Secretarial Officer to join their small and friendly team on a full-time basis. This is a varied role combining financial reporting, company secretarial duties, and general business administration, supporting a range of commercial property and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements for Isle of Man companies.
Produce quarterly management accounts, including consolidated reports.
Manage cash flow reporting and analysis.
Oversee intercompany loans, as well as debtor and creditor balances.
Prepare and submit VAT returns.
Produce service charge reports.
Prepare year-end accounts, audit packs, and liaise with auditors (including audit planning).
Manage wages preparation and year-end payroll submissions.
Complete statutory returns in accordance with local requirements.
Undertake company secretarial tasks (experience preferred but not essential).
Support directors with ad hoc projects and reporting.
Assist in covering all aspects of finance and administration as part of a small collaborative team.
