Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Part-Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing relevant financial data.
- Conduct variance analysis and help identify trends to support business decisions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
