Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trust Administrator to join our team on the Isle of Man. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering a diverse portfolio of trust structures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and providing exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Trust Administration: Overseeing the day-to-day administration of trust structures, including managing trust assets, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with trustees, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information, and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing comprehensive reports, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring the proper documentation of all trust-related activities.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the trust and corporate services team to share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
