Job Description
The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the corporate services department. This role involves managing a team of professionals who provide essential support functions to the organization, such as facilities management, procurement, and administrative services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of corporate services professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the organization's physical infrastructure, including office spaces, equipment, and other assets.
- Procurement and Vendor Management: Manage the procurement of goods and services, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate and oversee the provision of administrative services, such as office management, event planning, and travel arrangements.
- Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage the corporate services department's budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate services department.
