Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trust Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering a diverse portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional client service.
- Trust Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple trusts, including processing distributions, managing trust assets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all trust-related activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and trust documents. Prepare and submit required reports to beneficiaries, trustees, and regulatory authorities.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for trust beneficiaries and trustees, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other trust professionals, such as attorneys, accountants, and investment managers, to coordinate trust-related activities and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices in trust administration.
