Job Description
The Compliance Administrator TCSP is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role involves monitoring and reporting on compliance activities, implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust compliance program.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor compliance requirements, identify potential risks, and generate comprehensive reports to keep management informed.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance-related policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Training and Awareness: Provide compliance training to employees, promote a culture of compliance, and ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities.
- Auditing and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance program and identify areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, respond to inquiries, and facilitate the resolution of compliance-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and enhance the compliance program to adapt to changing regulations, industry best practices, and organizational needs.
