Job Description:
As a Fund Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional fund administration support and services. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including fund managers, investors, and custodians. Your role will encompass a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' funds.
Responsibilities:
Conducting day-to-day administration for a portfolio of funds, including processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
Accurately maintaining fund records and reconciling cash positions.
Assisting with the preparation of regulatory reports and fund financial statements.
Liaising with fund managers and investors to address queries and provide timely updates.
Managing anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance for fund activities.
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and funds.
Supporting fund accounting and valuations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Prior experience in fund administration or financial services industry preferred.
Strong understanding of fund structures and fund operations.
Proficiency in fund accounting software and MS Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
