Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
- Provide strategic tax advice on complex corporate tax matters, including cross-border taxation and restructuring.
- Oversee and review corporate tax computations and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimise client outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Stay up to date with UK and international tax regulations, ensuring compliance and advising on emerging legislation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic business solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate tax, with a proven track record of delivering tax advisory services.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and a willingness to expand into IoM or Northern Ireland regulations.
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex client matters.
- Strong leadership abilities, including experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
