Job Description

Our client is seeking Trained Insurance Brokers to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have relevant experience and qualifications in the insurance industry, with a focus on delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs and requirements.
  • Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, policy changes, and insurance regulations.
  • Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support.
  • Provide quotations and recommendations for a range of insurance products, including life, health, property, and commercial insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in the insurance industry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Trained in Insurance Brokerage or relevant qualifications in the insurance sector (CII or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Experience working with both individual and business clients.
  • Knowledge of underwriting procedures and risk assessment practices.
