Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs and requirements.
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, policy changes, and insurance regulations.
- Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support.
- Provide quotations and recommendations for a range of insurance products, including life, health, property, and commercial insurance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in the insurance industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Trained in Insurance Brokerage or relevant qualifications in the insurance sector (CII or equivalent).
- Proven experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Experience working with both individual and business clients.
- Knowledge of underwriting procedures and risk assessment practices.
