Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Administrator to support their onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT legislation and smooth client integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, maintaining compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
- Manage and organize client documentation using tools such as CCH, Laserfiche, and ViewPoint (training provided if needed).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of onboarding tasks.
- Stay updated on compliance requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above.
- A relevant compliance certification or working towards one.
- Extensive office experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of AML/CFT legislation.
- Familiarity with CCH, Laserfiche, and ViewPoint is advantageous but not essential.
