Job Description

Our client is looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Support professional to join their team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to their customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and driven to help others, with excellent communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat), providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s needs, determining the cause of the problem, and identifying the best solution.
  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and issue resolution within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve products, services, and customer experiences.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, policies, and procedures to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and pain points to help improve overall service levels.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
