Overview:

Our client’s Isle of Man office is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join the Trust & Corporate Team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent client administration services to a complex portfolio of client trust and company structures. The ideal candidate will have proven trust administration experience, a detailed understanding of fiduciary services business, including regulatory requirements, and a relevant professional qualification or the willingness to study for one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex portfolio of client trust and company structures, ensuring high standards of administration and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  • Prepare and review documentation related to trust and corporate structures, including minutes, resolutions, and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial statements in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Monitor and manage the billing process, reviewing billing summaries, and draft invoices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless client service and efficient operation of the trust and corporate team.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Address and resolve any issues or queries related to client structures promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and implement solutions to mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trust administration with a detailed understanding of fiduciary services business.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to trust and corporate structures.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ICSA, ACCA) or willingness to study for such a qualification.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex portfolio and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
