About the Role
This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with Turkish GAAP and IFRS while providing insights that drive Mega Fortuna’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and compliance.
Manage financial consolidation and external audits to ensure smooth execution.
Support budgeting and forecasting, as well as analyzing financial performance and risks.
Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning for optimal resource utilization.
Develop and enhance internal financial controls and reporting processes.
Monitor government incentives and tax regulations to maximize financial benefits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS; CPA or Big 4 experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; Netsuite experience is a bonus.
Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong analytical and communication skills.
