About the Role 

This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with Turkish GAAP and IFRS while providing insights that drive Mega Fortuna’s growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and compliance. 

  • Manage financial consolidation and external audits to ensure smooth execution. 

  • Support budgeting and forecasting, as well as analyzing financial performance and risks. 

  • Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning for optimal resource utilization. 

  • Develop and enhance internal financial controls and reporting processes. 

  • Monitor government incentives and tax regulations to maximize financial benefits. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. 

  • 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. 

  • Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS; CPA or Big 4 experience is a plus. 

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; Netsuite experience is a bonus. 

  • Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong analytical and communication skills.
