Job Description


We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team at Richie Games, a loyalty app where users download and play games to earn rewards. You will analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including PostgreSQL, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Ad networks, and Google AdMob, to provide insights that drive user engagement, optimize monetization, and enhance fraud detection.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Analyze user behavior, game engagement, and retention patterns to optimize the loyalty experience. 

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using PostgreSQL to extract actionable insights. 

  • Build dashboards and reports in Amazon QuickSight to track ROAS, retention, churn, and monetization performance. 

  • Work with Appsflyer, AdMob, and ad networks to analyze user acquisition, LTV, and campaign performance. 

  • Identify fraudulent activities using predictive modeling and anomaly detection techniques. 

  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to measure the impact of new features and marketing strategies. 

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate data insights into business growth strategies. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role. 

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL are a plus. 

  • Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis, machine learning, and automation. 

  • Experience working with Appsflyer, Google AdMob, and other ad networks for marketing and revenue analytics. 

  • Hands-on experience with QuickSight or similar BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). 

  • Knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive modeling. 

  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPA, LTV, ROAS, ARPU, etc.). 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in mobile gaming, loyalty programs, or fintech. 

  • Knowledge of fraud detection techniques for digital platforms. 

  • Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Synapse, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
