Job Description

 What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Tracking and solving issues via email and chat. 

  • Evaluate user requests and communicate them to relevant teams. 

  • Review and respond to App Store and Google Play Store reviews. 

  • Manage content in applications. 

  • Provide feedback to design and development teams for improving user experience. 

  • Collect user requests, prepare reports, and conduct surveys. 

  • Assist in debugging identified errors based on user feedback in applications, document and communicate recurring errors to relevant teams. 

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 

  • Strong customer focus with min 2 years experience in customer experience and support. 

  • Have used any Customer Support Management tool, preferably Zendesk. 

  • Experience supporting users via e-mail and chat. 

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel. 

  • Exceptional proficiency in written English communication, and proficiency in another language is a plus. 

  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. 

  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for the realm of the mobile world. 

  • Expertise in utilizing iOS and Android platforms for personal use.
