Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of our mobile applications and associated backend systems.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, track issues, and verify bug fixes.
- Work closely with the development team to understand new features, changes, and enhancements to ensure effective test coverage.
- Participate in design reviews and provide valuable feedback to enhance the overall quality of our software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues and promote a seamless user experience.
- Continuously improve the testing process and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create clear and concise documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience in testing mobile applications on various platforms (iOS and Android) and understanding of mobile-specific challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using testing frameworks and tools for both manual and automated testing.
- Ability to comprehend Android lifecycles and associated concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
