Accounting and Administrative Affairs Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting daily pre-accounting and general accounting transactions (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, e-invoicing, account reconciliations),
  • Providing support for monthly and quarterly financial reporting,
  • Managing internal audit processes,
  • Handling correspondence with banks, Social Security Institution, Tax Office, Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), and other government agencies,
  • Managing external tasks (notary, banks, chamber of commerce, industry, etc.),
  • Monitoring employee onboarding and offboarding processes and handling personnel record management,
  • Assisting in the preparation and reporting processes of government incentives, and R&D projects,
  • Overseeing all administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • University degree in relevant fields,
  • Experience in technology companies (preferably),
  • Proficiency in R&D, KOSGEB, Technoparks, and related incentive laws and regulations,
  • Familiarity with e-invoicing and e-archive applications,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel),
  • Possession of a driver's license and ability to drive,
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • Successful in task management and time management,
  • Valuing collaboration and teamwork,
  • Possessing an analytical mindset, open to innovation and development,
  • Completed military service (for male candidates),
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Understanding of the mobile gaming/app competitive landscape and mobile tech ecosystem.
