Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily pre-accounting and general accounting transactions (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, e-invoicing, account reconciliations),
- Providing support for monthly and quarterly financial reporting,
- Managing internal audit processes,
- Handling correspondence with banks, Social Security Institution, Tax Office, Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), and other government agencies,
- Managing external tasks (notary, banks, chamber of commerce, industry, etc.),
- Monitoring employee onboarding and offboarding processes and handling personnel record management,
- Assisting in the preparation and reporting processes of government incentives, and R&D projects,
- Overseeing all administrative processes.
Requirements:
- University degree in relevant fields,
- Experience in technology companies (preferably),
- Proficiency in R&D, KOSGEB, Technoparks, and related incentive laws and regulations,
- Familiarity with e-invoicing and e-archive applications,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel),
- Possession of a driver's license and ability to drive,
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
- Successful in task management and time management,
- Valuing collaboration and teamwork,
- Possessing an analytical mindset, open to innovation and development,
- Completed military service (for male candidates),
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Understanding of the mobile gaming/app competitive landscape and mobile tech ecosystem.
