What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a team of entry to mid-level Unity developers.
Support content creation pipelines, tool development, and workflow improvements.
Build performant, sustainable, and maintainable systems and code.
Collaborate with artists and engineers to build features and solve creative problems.
Ensure art assets integrate seamlessly into the game without sacrificing artistic vision or exceeding platform technical limits.
Investigate and implement new techniques and train the team.
Work with backend engineers to maintain efficient server communication.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of professional experience in game development.
High-level expertise in Unity/Unity3D.
Strong understanding of game development best practices, including SOLID principles and object-oriented design.
Proficiency in Scriptable Object structure and event-driven architecture.
Expert in Unity packages, systems, and workflows (Adressables, URP).
Experience with collision systems, deformers, dynamics, simulations, and physics.
Skilled at developing editor tools for designers.
Expertise in plugin integrations on both iOS and Android.
Ability to integrate third-party tools and Unity Asset Store assets.
Extensive experience with developer tools like emulators, debuggers, and profilers.
Skilled in profiling and optimizing game and render performance (GPU and CPU).
Experienced in Shader Graphs.
Proficient in using source control systems like Git in a multi-developer team.
Strong English communication and time-management skills.
Passionate about mobile games.
Experienced in building and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure for build automation, testing, reporting, packaging, and deployment.
