Job: OperationTeam Lead
Reports Directly to: O&M Superintendent
Objectives :
• Process Safety and Occupational HSE on site
Enforce adherence to Safe work practice
• Provide High Quality Service meeting/exceeding client expectation at the location within the contract terms

Activities :
Process Safety / Asset Integrity / Occupational HSE :
• Responsible for the compliance to all procedures as defined in the OPF PSAIM standard, and any Facility Specific Procedure related to PSAIM. Drive/Improve PSAIM self-assessment 2/y
• Responsible for Permit To Work Procedures adherence and for maintaining the site clean/organized at all times
• Responsible for the SQ and HSE Incident Reporting, Remedial Work Plan closure.
• Responsible for the safety of Personnel at the location.
• Lead a daily evening safety meeting with the crew
• Responsible for the safety of Personnel at the location
• Responsible to comply with set O&M Management of Change (MoC)
Production Activities :
• Ensure all necessary parameters (flow, temp, pressure, specific gravities, chemicals quality, contaminations, etc.) are constantly monitored not to allow any required oil & gas specifications to go off. Take safe and fast actions to return on-specifications when required
• Responsible for client reports (DPR)
• Responsible for reviewing materials orders requirement (Chemicals, spare parts, PPE…)
• Lead a daily evening safety meeting with the crew
• Assist O&M Superintendent on preparing performance evaluation
• Promote Company approved safety and operation policies
• Responsible for the formalization of O&M teams shift handover

Prior Experience/Expertise Required
Experience :
Minimum 10 years facility operations experience and 3 years in either team leader or supervisor role.
The Operations TeamLead must have experience in :
• Providing current, direct, complete, positive and corrective feedback to others
• Empowering others
He must have the functional and technical knowledge and skills to manage activities in the Production Facility with high level of competency. Must have experience communicating effectively with his managers, peers and clients both in writing and verbally.
