Job: Handover Coordinator
Reports Directly To: Commissioning Manager
Objectives :
▪ Lead and Supervise Handover the handover process for the project with the use of the Completions Management system (CMS)
▪ Lead in all aspects of HSE by example.
▪ Ensure completions Management system data bases up to date

Activities :
▪ Collate the System / Sub-system Boundary Markups from the Discipline Superintendents ensuring the latest IFC drawings are used
▪ Coordinate the entry of tag data in the CMS database and ensure all ITRs, FTRs & OTPs are uploaded and assigned to a tag correctly
▪ Specify the contents of the Handover dossiers and compilation thereof
▪ Ensure the handovers (RFC, RFSU & RHC) are kept to schedule by implementing a 3 week lookahead, ensuring all sub-systems are sufficiently complete before accepting Ready For Inspection (RFI) notifications
▪ Ensure the Master Red Line Drawings are readily available and up to date for each phase of the project
▪ Coordinate the Mechanical Completion walkdowns of sub-systems with Construction, QC, Commissioning, operations and Client’s personnel, ensuring they adhere to the schedule and are Ready for Inspection and all resultant punches are captured in the database
▪ Ensure all relevant documents (ITRs, FTRs, OTPs, Punches, etc.) are signed off in a timely manner and included into relevant dossiers
▪ Coordinate Pre-Startup Safety Review and perform handover to operations
▪ Compile the documentation list for Final Handover and ensure all documents are AS BUILT
▪ Generate system and sub-system completions report and share with commissioning manager periodically
▪ Punchlist status update and generate period report for punch list status on discipline wise and system wise
