MATERIAL MAN

Job dimensions : 

• Contribute to the preparation of operations by putting in place material management procedure in collaboration with other affiliate entities (logistics, contract and procurement, etc..)
• In charge of ensuring correct procedure for receiving, inspecting, and storing of goods in collaboration with supplier
• Support QAQC at supplier base 
• In charge of preparing material request and follow up stock (from base to site and opposite)

Activities : 

HSE

• Adopt and demonstrate exemplarity towards HSE rules with associated enforcement and control within his area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s referential and actively support the preparation and review of derogations to the rules when required.

Operations preparation & readiness

• Attend and organize meeting to structure smooth collaboration with other departments involved in material movement (logistic, contract and procurement, etc.)
• Develops metrics to monitor goals, such as timely delivery, cost reduction, improved supplier performance (KPI), etc 

Operations follow-up & close-out

• Act as a point of contact for the operation team for material movement to ensure the operational demand requirements are met
• Manages inventories and provides material control and coordination
• Responsible for the requisition of goods by thoroughly understanding the operation’s upcoming material needs
• Focal point to gather all data for required materials/items needed 
• Work with procurement to get required Purchase Requests executed, ensure materials and service Purchase Orders are issued to promote uninterrupted flow of deliverables to multiple locations, as needed
• Deliver materials forecasts associated with planned procurement and consumption of materials (inclusive of Long Lead material).
• Track inventory physically and inform the system via issuance of goods receipts, movements of material, consumptions and well returns in SAP
• Position will require reporting and analysis with transactions posted real time in SAP
• Complete well reconciliations in a timely manner and in accordance with set reconciliation target dates
• Supervise materials transit and movements; ensure all are done in accordance with Stock Management procedures (stock and direct purchase, reception, releases, return, surplus and scraps), properly plan keep proper record of all for equipment and materials in & out activities in accordance with Company standard.
• Supervise all surpluses, scrap, inspection, disposal, return to suppliers etc, make arrangement for shareholders and authorities during audits and ensure all rules and regulations are complied. Ensure all records are properly kept
• Coordinates material transportation from suppliers to the warehouse
• Coordinates transportation of repair and return items from warehouse to designated service providers
• Coordinate and support QAQC activities at supplier base or company base 
• Coordinates and reconciles inventory counts, inventory reporting, and dashboard creation
• Support partner’s audit and stock reconciliation audit 

Accountabilities : 

Contribute to prevent any major incident and pollution

Support operational team to deliver project on time and budget

Optimize material movement process and ensure reconciliation is performed in due time
