We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

To provide our services to you and be able to answer all your enquires.

To maintain our business relationship, where you are a user of our website, a client or candidate;

To enable you to submit your CV generally, to apply for specific jobs or to subscribe to our job alerts.

To match your details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding a position that is most suitable for you and to send your personal information (including sensitive personal information) to clients in order to apply for jobs.

To direct-market products and services, advise you of news and industry updates, events, promotions and competitions, reports and other information. Where we do so, you will be able to unsubscribe from such communications;

Where you are registered as a candidate on our database, your personal information may be accessible by our offices (Spain) to enable them to provide you with recruitment services and for the purposes of business development, systems development and testing.

To trusted third parties where we have retained them to provide services that you or our clients have requested, such as reference, qualification and criminal reference checking services (as required), verification of the details you have provided from third party sources, psychometric evaluations or skills tests. We do not trade, share or use for commercial purposes any type of information that is sent by candidates or clients to our database, we are not participants in selling or sharing information to different platforms that do business with information, you are in your entire right to ask us about your information and what do we do with it.

  • Service providers who provide IT and system administration services.
  • Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers
  • Government bodies that require us to report processing activities.
  • Third parties to whom, in future, we may sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you.

Part of our business activity involves researching information relating to individuals for the purposes of filling job roles. This may include obtaining personal data from online sources, for example, we may obtain information from social media sites such as LinkedIn and job boards, some information being publicly available but others being from sites or providers to which we subscribe. From time to time we may also receive personal information about you from hiring organizations, colleagues and former employers, or from people for whom you have provided services or been otherwise engaged.
